1. About these terms

By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may cancel an order if the details given cannot be verified.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products, pricing and availability

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Our online store and our retail counter draw on the same stock. An item may therefore sell out between the moment you add it to your cart and the moment you check out; if that happens we will tell you at checkout rather than accepting the order.
• We try to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variation in packaging may occur.
• Where a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid rather than fulfil it.

4. Membership discounts

Registered members may be assigned a membership tier carrying a discount that is applied automatically at checkout. Tiers and their rates are set by us and may change; the rate applied to an order is the rate in effect at the time that order is placed, and is recorded on the order.

5. Orders and payment

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is submitted.
• Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Payment is due in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• Delivery charges depend on the delivery district and are shown before you confirm the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and cancellations

• You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Stock is returned to inventory when an order is cancelled.
• Products that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered may be returned. Contact us within the returns window stated on your invoice.
• For health and safety reasons, opened healthcare products may not be returnable except where they are defective.

8. Product authenticity verification

The verification code on our packaging confirms that the item was supplied by us. A code is marked as used once it has been checked. A result of “genuine” confirms the code matches our records; a result of “invalid” means the code is not one we issued, or has already been used. If you receive an unexpected result, contact us before using the product.

9. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it systematically, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Genexis name, logo, site content and product imagery belong to Genexis Healthcare Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Product information on this site is not medical advice; consult a qualified professional before use.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
